A much-needed day off at the beach with my husband, family, and our pup was just what we needed after nonstop catering events. The sun, waves, and laughter were the perfect escape. Watching the dog run free and feeling the sand under our feet reminded us to slow down and enjoy the little moments. Grateful for time together and the beauty of a pause.

Taylors Catering, based in South East London, is run by husband and wife team, Spud and Louisa Taylor.

Spud is a highly trained chef who has worked all over the world. Louisa is also well-travelled and has many years of experience in the catering and hospitality industries. The couple share a lifelong love of food and bring culinary traditions from around the globe to their family-owned business.

For over a decade, the Taylors ran a phenomenally successful catering company in Andalucia, Spain which became a local institution and the subject of a TV series and one-off documentary.
