What a privilege it was to be a part of Lara and Jan’s special day.
Managing Director Michele got to experience our hospitality from the other side of the table this time.
We had an array of cuisines for starter and main course, all served family style.
To start, a mezze of home-cured gravlax salmon, hot Swedish meatballs with cream sauce and lingonberry, accompanied with a variety of salads and Swedish skagen and rye breads. This was then followed by a middle course of seared tuna. For mains we served Thai curry made by , another fantastic collaboration with them.
To finish, guests enjoyed a homemade tiered wedding cake followed by a cake made out of a selection of cheese served with quince and toasts.
Thank you to all our suppliers, especially for supplying the beautiful marquee and crockery, everything looked amazing as always, and for carving the most delicious ham!
This was definitely a wedding to remember, a huge congratulations to the beautiful couple ♥️
