Bespoke wedding cake and Celebration cake designers based in beautiful rural North Yorkshire

Hi my name is Lindsay...I am top dog at Fairy Cakes & co. along with the help of a part time bakery assistant, book keeper and a supportive husband ..who sometimes.. answers the phone, answers the door and does a few deliveries I do just about everything else!

Fairy Cakes & Co. was set up in 2006 when my daughter was just 3 years old...I wanted to contribute to the family income as well as being able to be at home for my children.

My career started out as a young chef at the age of 18 after leaving catering college...I progressed quickly to become a pastry chef which led me down to work in London for five years before returning up North to start my family.
