There are little signs of Spring out there if you choose to look for them……. The bulbs forcing their way through the soil, the buds forming on the trees and the appearance of early flowering blossom. Little signs of hope ✨
I wish you could smell these stunning narcissi, spring flowers are all about fragrance. My swan vase is from the lovely 🦢

Trying to distract myself with thinking about Valentine’s Day and I’ve come up with some new options for this year …….❤️

What do you think of this year’s selection, I really would love to know ❤️🩷

1. The Untamed Florals ‘Signature bouquet’. A modern mix of fresh and dried with red and pink highlights and finished with a gorgeous long chiffon ribbon. Standard £60, Classic £75 and Luxury £90.

2. The ‘Unconditional Love’ bouquet. A fresh mix of pinks and whites to show them that you care. Standard £40, Classic £55, Luxury £75.

3. ‘The Romantic One’. Warm reds and pops of pastel pinks reflecting deeper love. Standard £35, Classic £45, Luxury £60.

4. ‘The Piece of my heart’. A classic single red rose with a sprig of foliage. £6.

5. ‘The Galdem’. A pretty single pink rose with a sprig of foliage. £6.

Please note that whilst colours and styles will remain the same, exact flower varieties may have to change due to availability.
Deliveries will be on Wednesday 14th February.

Meadow runners are without doubt, my favourite arrangement for lining your aisle. Here’s why:
1. They bring the outdoors inside. 2. They draw your attention down the aisle to where you will stand, creating a real focal point.
3. The photos will be amazing! They can also be moved around when having shots taken after the ceremony (see second pic).
4. They can be repurposed for your reception e.g. around the front of your top table as per the last pic. Maximising your budget!

Fireplace arrangements ✨

An absolute fave of mine! If you have a fireplace in a ceremony or reception room they make amazing focal points for floral installations. They also add flowers at a different height to floor or table displays which helps create more of an impact and ties everything together.

Can we all just take a second for footed bowls?!
Positives: These gorgeous vessels are perfect for table centrepieces as they are low enough that your guests can see each other over the table, large enough to provide a big impact visually and high enough off the table for items like linen and cutlery slide underneath.
They lend a modern aesthetic to your decor.

Negatives: They require lots of flowers/foliage to fill them properly so you may need to budget more for them.
They don’t provide a huge amount of height so if you aren’t using any drapes/ceiling decorations e.g. hanging hoops then it can mean that there isn’t much interest from the tables upwards. You can get round this by mixing them in with some taller table centrepieces!

Finally managed to make myself an autumn wreath, complete with mini pumpkin 🥹
With the end of the main wedding season, autumn for us is a time for reflection and growth.
One of the main things we want to focus on as a company is sustainability. As such we have decided that for each new wedding booked in, we will fund the planting of 10 trees around the world. Not only does this help offset some of the large carbon footprint from weddings, it also creates jobs for people around the world, regenerates habitats and encourages native wildlife. So far this month we have planted 40 trees and there are more in the pipeline. It may only be a small step but it all adds up!
We have had really positive feedback from each of our couples so far, what do you think?

When it comes to getting the most from your wedding flower budget, the most important advice I could give is to trust your florist’s choice of flowers. They will pick the most suitable blooms based on many factors including:
* The season
* Your wedding style
* Your wedding colour theme
* What is growing best or is available the week of your wedding.
* Your wedding dress and bridesmaid’s dresses!
* and many more ……..

If you would like particular flower types then we can definitely work with that but flexibility means your budget will go further 🤍

For Sarah-Grace when she married Nathanael last weekend. This bouquet encompassed everything I love about autumn, with deep burnt oranges, dried bracken and various grasses to add texture.

Bright milk churns for summer weddings.
