AERIAL YOGA: yoga hammocks will open up new dimensions in your yoga practice , the sling supports your joints, help you stretch further, gives more mobility to your spine safely. It doesn't matter if you are a new student and this is your first, all my students are different ages/ fitness levels and body shapes.

We are excited & grateful that Heart Song Hoop - UK Drumming Community are holding another workshop in our Hall in September 🙏

This time we are pleased to announce that the workshop will be a Drum Birthing workshop on Sat 14th September, 10am-5pm.

Join Rosie & Kay in rural Central Bedfordshire for a 1 day workshop birthing your own natural skin shamanic drum in ceremony.​​

It is an honour & a privilege to birth your own drum & as such we heal the lives that have been gifted to create such a sacred object.​

Together we will create sacred space, Journey connecting & honouring the ethically sourced materials, opening our hearts & setting intentions.​

All materials, tools & guidance provided.

​Snacks & refreshments provided.

Please bring your own packed lunch to enable you to pause & eat when right for you during your drum creation.

Hi all, as of today Im back to UK. While we were away we had some urgent family matter back home: we have to prioritize this situation over everything. Therefore classes this week will be REDUCED HEAVILY. I will be only be able to teach:
-Wednesday 7pm Stevenage &
-Saturday 9.30 am Hitchin classes
as these i can nip out to and be back home in no time. All other classes are postponed including kids sessions- and I wont be able to release new kids course details this week yet nor replying msgs much this week as family issue comes first . Hopefully next week all back on track! If you booked for today or Thursday adult or kids session i will be in touch youwobt loose your booking nor your money ! Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Don’t forget that we are continuing to collect pre-loved clothes throughout the year & will arrange a collection date when we have enough bags.

Money raised from fundraising goes towards the renovations & occasional repairs at our Hall.

Are you thinking of having a clear out of outgrown or unwanted clothing? 🤔

If you are, donations would generate funds for our Village Hall as a local small business will pay us per kg of donated clothing which they then recycle & re-purpose.

Please let us know, as & when you have any donations, & we can go from there to arrange collection/give you drop off details 😊

Hi All,
Today's AERIAL SESSIONS : PILATES & YOGA are postponed due to the extreme heat its not advised/recommended to practice aerial/suspension method classes and we dont have aircon. Heat exhaustion can be very serious illness and intense exercises should be avoided. Go for a nice gentle sunset walk or swim if you can 🥰 any booked places are valid for a date of your choice or happy to refund just email me to [email protected]
