We had the most awsome time today making bathbombs. Then this afternoon making aromatherapy rollerballs, crystal bracelets, angel card readings, pendulum dowsing and goodness so much more.....but also my absolute favorite i did some reiki drum journeying. Untill next time my friends xx

It is with great sadness but a huge dose of excitement, that after many amazing years in Arlesey, we are closing the doors to the Arlesey Treatment room from the 29th March. BUT! ……..An incredible opportunity has come up where I will be based in my dream building…. yep you guessed it ……A YURT!!!! in the countryside. Thank you to all my customers, past, present, and future! You have got me to my dream place; I’m not moving far I hope to see you pop in for a treatment or two. I will be part of a multi-disciplined therapy wellness centre in Wilstead, where I will continue to run Lubbly Bubbly, Lubbly Bubbly Crystal Emporium and Reiki Healing Academy business independently. I really hope you can come and see me there and find out what I have in store for you all!! Open days are coming and your chance to have a look around and see my new centre. I will be offering therapist training, reiki, crystal healing, workshops, clubs and so much more….. pop a like to to keep updated.

Hey everyone! Sadly due to poor health i am only able to do reiki or crystal healing! Also tarot and courses at this moment in time. I am in the process of going through a diognosis for health reasons.

So today was a 121 training day of crystal therapy! The lady who i taught was absolutely a natural, she was a pleasure to teach. When i am teaching i try to make it as easy to understand with my comprehensive manual and on going support. I will go at your pace and make it fun whilst we go along! This is an insurable course and you will learn how to look after your clients, how to cleanse and clean your crystals. You will also learn how to programme your crystals and soooooo much more.

I have spoken to so many people about the Facia the past few weeks, i thopught you may like to know a bit more about it? these are the fibers of the facia. I use myofacial release to pull apart the fibers allowing fluid to lubicate each strand in turn helping free up any restrictions and helping your movement.
