And th th th th that’s all folks.Not the year end we planned but the year end none the less.What an amazing 12 month period.I couldn’t ask for any more.Thanks to our regular pitches and all the dozens and dozens of work places,weddings,sports events and parties we’ve cooked at.As always .manley and of the amazing .Always remember my paddy chums without ya Appy Days don’t exist.The Geordies,paddy’s,taffies,jocks,brummies,Romanians and Greeks in Stewartby.shout out to Lisa and Phil for there supplies and to anyone else I’ve missed out.You’re all stars every single one of ya.We are now taking some time off.We will recharge and go again………….Appy Days aye!

Our year end is on the final count down.By the time Feb finishes it will go down as our busiest Feb in 22 years of trading.28 days and 29 bookings.Now that’s class.The rest of the year looks like normal service also.Good times,Appy times,trailblazer times…………….Appy Days Aye!

And breath.Home now after another 5am start and midnight finish .Wouldn’t av it any other way.Great night serving all our goodies(loaded fries,6oz burgers,brisket,steak,chicken,chilli).And now we do it all again tomorrow as we’re back there for a valentines party.We then start the count down for our well earned holiday.But still commitments to fill before then.Including a late booking on the day before our flight.The Appy Days machine don’t stop………Appy Days Aye!

So so much going on for Appy Days at the mo.The website(www.appydayscatering.co.uk)Our new events company BBQ & BOOGIE with the 1st event on March 29th and then the one booking for 100 dates has now turned in to 140 dates.We are truly blessed to have this much work at this time of the year.We have been flat out for virtually 11 months.3,4 and 5 events a day at times and now we’re coming up to our year end(march).We are still flat out with a few 2 event days over the last couple of weeks and again this week.We got a couple of weeks holiday in March and we are buzzing.But until then we still have booking commitments including 1 week picked up yesterday for hours before our flight…………….Appy Days Aye!

So looking forward to the weekend coming.What better way to spend valentines weekend than spending it with you mates that you don’t see enough of.So we have a double header .On Saturday you got the best music with the best dj in the area.Thats right .banks.123829 will be smashing out the tunes while you punters are on the sauce and eating an Appy Days meal .On the Friday we’ll be serving up some top drawer grub including our all new Steak in a crusty ciabatta roll with melted cheese and chimichurri.As it’s valentines evening we’ll even bring along on the menu a Strawberry Gateux and a Black Forest gateux.And as it’s party weekend we’ll bring along a speaker to play a few club classics before the main event on Saturday.What an exciting weekend for us all and we can’t wait to hook up with Toni,Steve,Cathy,Lou,Kim and all the kids.They really are the best team in the area.C ya all there peeps………….Appy Days Aye! !

Put the day in your diary people.We are back at the amazing on Friday to serve our tasty chargrilled treats to the one and only Amy and her equally amazing punters.We have a lot to offer.loaded steak fries,home made pulled brisket loaded fries,chicken tikka loaded fries,classic cheese and bacon loaded fries and home made chilli con carne loaded fries.We also have doner meat and chips,doner meat wrap,Steak and melted cheese with grilled peppers and onions in ciabatta roll,and not forgetting our 6oz Steak burger with optional cheeses,sauces and salad.All this wonderful food will be flame grilled on the amazing to give it the authentic Smokey taste.It promises to be a great night so come down and Ava drink or 2 and a bit of Appy Days grub while you listen to a few old hits from our speaker.January has gone people so let’s start February in style.See you all there……..Appy Days Aye!

And with a blink of the eye we pick up 100 bookings,yes that’s 100 bookings,I’ll say it once more 100 bookings.And that is 1 customer booked me up until September.Thats on top of the other 90 we have already booked throughout the year.My god we’ve only just started February.This is our supposedly quiet part of the year.Its our end of year when I become a pain in the rear end pleading and begging for bookings.And the hard graft pays off.Another record year for Appy Days and the …………..Appy Days Aye!
