What an amazing week.And we’re only in March.Shout outs to my 2 boozers and not forgetting .We’ve rode out the winter at our weekly pub the Polhill and now we head in to the better weather the trade for us comes back.Its all about not quitting and being patient.Thats exactly what we done and trade there last Wednesday said that’s exactly the right choice.We pride our selves on patience,good food,top service and loyalty.So shout out to ALL punters ,staff and guvnors of both pubs.You were amazing.Shout out also to our 140 day booking in Stewartby who never shock us with ow much dough you pass over on a daily basis.Cherry on the cake at the end of a great week was another 5 bookings over the weekend.Appy Days is in a good place……….Appy Days Aye!

An absolutely amazing night last night.Sayin we smashed it outta the park ain’t doing us justice.It was that busy.Home made pulled brisket sold out,home made chilli con carne sold out,Chicken Tikka sold out,Steak loaded fries sold out,Steak ciabatta sold out Cajun fries sold out.Best February in over 20 years of trading followed by best March in over 20 years of trading with a week to go plus a week we wasn’t open.It ain’t even the busy season yet……………Appy Days Aye!

So 45 dates done outta the 140 bookings we picked up the other week.We have since picked up a good 24 on top of what we already had, says it’s gonna be for the 3rd year on the bounce a record breaking year for us which says after the holiday or non holiday debacle, you can’t keep a good man down. So over the next 2 weeks I’m so looking forward to getting back to our 3 regular boozers .So make sure you come hungry and leave full………………Appy Days aye!

Well it may not be the birthday that was planned with the dream oliday but a great day never the less.Soent with my 3 daughters and my amazing wife.Cherry on the cake we went to see me pal Ozzie from the at Caxton .I’ve said it before but seriously if you ain’t been there you don’t know what your missing so get there and try some of this amazing food.You won’t go home skint or hungry………….Appy Days aye!

And th th th th that’s all folks.Not the year end we planned but the year end none the less.What an amazing 12 month period.I couldn’t ask for any more.Thanks to our regular pitches and all the dozens and dozens of work places,weddings,sports events and parties we’ve cooked at.As always .manley and of the amazing .Always remember my paddy chums without ya Appy Days don’t exist.The Geordies,paddy’s,taffies,jocks,brummies,Romanians and Greeks in Stewartby.shout out to Lisa and Phil for there supplies and to anyone else I’ve missed out.You’re all stars every single one of ya.We are now taking some time off.We will recharge and go again………….Appy Days aye!
