🚨💨WEATHER WARNING - STRONG WINDS💨🚨

Despite the sunny weather today, the winds speeds are too high for outdoor bouncy castles!

The legal limit is 24mph and the gusting today is due to hit 40mph - almost double the permitted speeds.

We are receiving lots of calls from people asking for a castle for today claiming “we’ve been let down”.

No. Sorry. Safety must always come first. Well done to all the local hirers who are complying with regulations. 👍🏅

Did you know that Bouncy Castles have to pass an annual test, a bit like a car MOT?

This is a requirement under Health & Safety Law and requires all castles to be tested to a strict set of standards.

All of our castles have been inspected & tested this week and passed with flying colours!

This testing ensures the safety of your children. The standards are regularly being updated and so it makes sure that you are being supplied with the safest equipment on the market.

There are a number of testing schemes which test to the required HSE standard, most commonly known is P**A.

All our castles are tested under P**A, this makes it easier for you to check testing is in place. All our castles have a blue P**A tag with a QR code you can scan to check the validity of a test, plus, all our tests are available to view/download on our website for maximum transparency.

Next time you’re hiring a bouncy castle, whether it from ourselves or another company, be sure to ask for evidence of testing to ensure you’re being supplied with an inflatable that is safe - we do know of a number of other local hirers who do not supply castles which comply with the necessary standards!

** EXCITING NEWS **

Today, team SBC attended the trade show of one of the leading bouncy castle manufacturers to check out all of the newest designs just being released.

We came away with several castles in the van, and placed an order for many more incredible new inflatable styles and themes!

Full details of what we’ve ordered to follow and the good news is that they’ll all be available to hire from April.

A HUGE well done to Black Cat Radio and all of the businesses in and around St Neots who supported the stations Christmas campaign.

Sundorne Bouncy Castles were delighted to be involved and to donate in an effort of raising £1000 for local charity 3 Pillars who work tirelessly to feed the homeless locally.

The £1000 target was easily smashed and today a cheque for £2288 was handed over.

We’re all mega proud to have been involved and blown-away by the phenomenal outcome for such a worthy cause.
