I've been away from my business for quite a while, and here is my reason why 🥰
Our perfect little Poppy girl entered the world at the start of February and it's safe to say I've been truly wrapped up in the newborn bubble 😍

As much as I would love to be offering Mother's Day flowers this year, I will unfortunately be giving it a miss while I enjoy my first Mother's Day with my little squishy newborn. (Hopefully, I will receive some flowers of my own this year 👀😂)

I've missed my business, my amazing customers and making beautiful things a lot through pregnancy and I will be back as it as soon as possible.
I am still taking wedding and event bookings for 2025 🌿

Absolutely loved this set up yesterday in such an incredible venue! The arch was the perfect back drop feature for the ceremony and was later moved to the reception for a photo backdrop.

Also thank you to my little helper Yas as , Yas is starting her own event planning business very soon so watch this space 👀💕

✨️ I'm originally from South Derbyshire but I have lived in Bedfordshire for 7 years now

✨️ I have a scruffy Romanian rescue pooch named Chico and he's my little sidekick when I'm working in the cabin 🐕

✨️ I have a full time job in Logistics but I hope to make floristry my full time job soon 🤞🏻

✨️ I love being away somewhere new, whether it's a dog walking holiday in the UK or a sunny European holiday with cute little old towns to explore 🌿

I'm not someone who loves a photo of myself but when I received these images back from the incredible for the gorgeous wedding set up for I just fell in love as the moment I handed Chloes bouquet over was captured and it truly shows how happy it makes me seeing the brides reaction. It makes my heart so full knowing you love what I created for you with your full trust 🖤

Heeeeey 🖤
I'm back! I didn't expect to be away from my business for so long, moving home has given us a lot of work along the way and there is still so much more to be done but I need to get back to doing what I love!
I now have a proper workspace to make my own and a space for small workshops and consultations, I will share photos when it is decorated and ready!
I'm so excited to get into Spring and wedding season 2023 🌿

Hey! So... I've been a little quiet here and I'm sorry, but.... some exciting things have been happening that's meant I needed to take a little step back.

Firstly, our home went on the market and we're in the process of buying the most perfect next home we could have ever dreamed of. Don't worry, it's still local so nothing will change for delivery areas but I will reveal more further down the line when I can start to believe its truely ours 🏡💕

My dreams came true on our little 4 day break in Venice when my amazing partner asked me to marry him 🥺😭🤍

So I'm sorry I've neglected you all a little over here and I promise I'll be catching back up over the next couple of days but the reality behind me having a business along side everything else has meant that I do have to put myself first sometimes but with the new house comes more space and my own workshop space meaning I can be a little more focused and hope to start taking the plunge in taking this little business of mine to the next level 🤞🏻

• Having a small business  •

Having a small business is amazing.

So many things about my business makes me happy from bringing peoples visions to life to working with other small businesses to being trusted to let my creativity flow into what I create.

However, it is also really hard. Not everyday is easy and not everyday is full of fun and creativity.

2021 was a real roller coaster of a year for me. I started the year absolutely full of energy and motivation to grow my business even more. Towards the end of the year I had a lot on outside of my business which made me completely lose my love and motivation for everything especially my business which effected so much that I did and it's hard not to worry about the damage you're doing to everything you've worked so hard on building from scratch.

But... it's ok to not be ok, it's ok to have bad times and it's ok to come back stronger from it all.

People have been so understanding and I am so grateful for that and it really does show that the community I have built in my following is everything I've dreamed of having.

To have a small business you have to put yourself first, to give your best you have to feel your best.

So take a week off, take some time out, put an automatic reply on. It's ok to step away and come back with a fresh head, everything will still be there waiting for you to come back stronger.
