Every time I make flowers for loved ones I make them with love and care to my clients and the loved one they have lost.🙏

I never even thought that one day I would be making flowers for my grandad.

He loved his garden.

Always grateful to my clients supporting my business.🤗

During the pandemic/ Brexit many businesses had to make painful adaptions/ changes to try to survive and continue.

Personally, with flower prices, transportation costs and non persuadable items all inflating beyond an imaginable margin and previously absorbed expenses such as delivery/ fuel, wages/ support staff, embellishments, non perishable additions significant changes had to be made to how I brought, how I worked and restructure the services I could offer.

I had no idea if my business would survive or if I could continue.

I’m very grateful it has and I can still continue to create beautiful flower arrangements for special occasions.

One crucial element to making it work is that I no longer purchase add hock with a unrealistic expectations and unsustainable amount of perishable goods that need a definitive turnaround of around 3 days for optimum freshness.

Instead, everything is as always made to order, purchased to order and fulfilled to client brief.

Ultimately any business would wish their clients choose them for the service they provide.

You want you clients to know you, to like what you offer and to trust you will always go above and beyond to at the very least meet their expectations.

Instagram and other social media platforms are fantastic for gaining imagery of what may be desired.

The reality to achieve desired outcome is often overlooked , not shown and this is where expectations and reality can become misaligned.

I try to offer more insight with step by step imagery.

I hope you find it useful, informative and maybe inspiring to take up a new skill if you fancied having a go at creating yourself .
