❄️🎄⛄Winter Festival - Saturday 6th December⛄🎄❄️

Our annual community festival is back!

Starting off with our amazing Born to Perform UK opening our event at 2.15pm we'll have some fabulous stalls providing beautiful gifts and goodies ready for the festive period, as well as a brilliant Rodeo Reindeer for you to have a go on!

There will also be some childrens fair rides along with refreshments stands to bring on the family fun, and not forgetting a special visit with Santa in our very own grotto!

Wristbands for the childrens rides are free to Great Denham residents, thanks to funding from the - you just need to collect your wristbands in advance on any of the follow sessions (bring ID such as photo driving license or photo ID and recent utility bill):

🎄Every Friday 6.30pm-10.30pm at the first floor Pop Up Pub sessions (stay and have a cheeky drink too 😉🥂🍺) - GD residents wristband collection only
⛄Saturday 15th November 3-5pm - residents & non residents collection
🎄Friday 21st November 1-4pm - residents & non residents collection
⛄Friday 28th November - only for people attending the Childrens Cinema
🎄Saturday 29th November 2-4pm - residents & non residents collection
⛄Sunday 30th November 2-4pm - residents & non residents collection
🎄Tuesday 2nd December 2-5pm - residents & non residents collection

Please also remember we'll be closing off the part of Saxon way in between the front of the hall and the green space opposite in order to allow the fair rides to operate safely. There are multiple other routes to still access the remaining part of Saxon way so hopefully any inconvenience will be minimal ☺️

Stall holders - thank you for your patience whilst we come back to you, if you haven't received an email from us already, you will be getting those this week! We do still have a pitch available for a face painter so get in touch if you're interested!

❄🎄⛄Great Deham's Winter Festival - Saturday 6th December⛄🎄❄

Christmas is nearly here and so is our next fabulous community event!

❄ Saturday 6th December
🎄2-6pm
❄ Fantastic stalls, refreshments and children's fair rides all bringing lots of treats, gifts and fun for everyone
🎄Santa's Grotto - book a slot for your little one via our online link at the bottom of the page - includes crafts with Santa's Helpers and a gift!
❄The fabulous Born to Perform UK will be opening the event at 2.15pm and the amazing Rock Choir • Choirs led by Rob Baker will be singing us out with some wonderful carols from 5pm so we finish on a high!
🎄We'll also have a very special 'reindeer' on site for the adults to have a bit of rodeo competition during the event!
❄ With thanks to the Parish Council we'll also be providing free wristbands for Great Denham residents providing unlimited turns for children on the two fair rides that will be onsite - wristbands MUST be collected in advance (bring either photo drivers license as proof of ID or recent bill along with photo ID) on:
⛄7th November 4pm-5pm for people attending the cinema session
⛄21st November - 1pm-4pm
⛄28th November - 4pm-5pm for people attending the Cinema
⛄2nd December 1pm-5pm

Non residents can collect on the same dates but must purchase wristbands in advance via the online store link below and bring their order number when collecting.

🍻🥂🍾Get the Friday Fun Started!🍾🥂🍻

Come along to tonight's Pop Up Pub from 6.30pm onwards 🥂

For those that haven't been before, its upstairs on our first floor, and children are welcome too with their parents/guardians until 8.30pm!

If you're a Great Denham Resident planning on attending our annual Winter Festival on Saturday 6th December, you'll also be able to collect your little ones free fair ride wrist bands from the pub, so why not stay and have a drink too😁

It's the last in our trilogy of Halloween events so come along and join us for our 'freaky film' as part of the Halloween spooktacular 👻(please email us if you're concerned about what the film is but be assured it is a family friendly PG rated film)

For those of you that haven't been to our monthly cinema sessions before:

🎬Doors open at 3.30pm and the movie starts at 3.45pm
🎬No need to book in advance, just pay on the day (if you have booked as part of the Halloween special, you just need to bring your order number with you 😉)
🎬Entry is only £1.50 per child if you haven't already booked via the online Halloween links (no entry charge for parents/guardians or under 3's accompanying an older sibling)
🎬Popcorn and a drink included in entry price
🎬Other refreshments will also be on sale (hot dogs, crisps, drinks etc) 🌭🥤☕
🎬All films shown are family friendly (rated U or PG) - we cant advertise the name of the films shown, but get in touch with us directly if you're concerned whether its suitable for your little one
🎬Whilst we're not a professional cinema (we have a lovely big hall with a huge projector screen we play the movies on) we do want everyone to treat it as though it is, so all children should be supervised and deterred from running around, so that everyone can enjoy the movie

For any Great Denham residents attending the cinema sessions, you'll also be able to pick up your FREE childrens fair rides wristbands for our Winter Festival on 6th December 2-6pm! All you need to do is bring along proof of ID and GD residency (photo driving license or recent bill and photo ID). 🎃🧟👻Children's Cinema - This Friday👻🧟🎃

The last in our trilogy of Halloween fun for the family, we've got our 'freaky' film (don't worry it's definitely a family friendly PG rated animation) ready for Friday's session!

We've had an amazing couple of events over the half term break with over 320 children plus parents/guardians attending our events, so we hope you've had a fabulous time! A huge thank you to our Trustees and volunteers that supported the event's, especially the local young people who give up their time each year to help us with these events as they wouldn't be possible without them (you know who you are 😉)!
