If you are new to Rehab Pilates, we can chat to arrange your assessment before you start, which is £50.

Spring term availability update 🌸 If you haven’t got your space yet, do not panic. There are still spaces across all four venues 💚

💚 Three week trails are now available for newcomers for £30 on selected classes. With no week being the same, three weeks is a great amount of time to get a real feel for what Baby Sensory is all about and to experience a wealth of magical sensory activities. If you love it, you will be able to extend your booking and just pay for the remaining weeks left of the term. There is no obligation to continue your booking.

🎬Popcorn and a drink included in entry price
🎬Other refreshments will also be on sale (hot dogs, crisps, drinks etc) 🌭🥤☕
🎬All films shown are family friendly (rated U or PG) - we cant advertise what the film will be, but get in touch with us directly if you're concerned about it
🎬Whilst we're not a professional cinema (we have a lovely big hall with a huge projector screen we play the movies on) we do want everyone to treat it as though it is, so all children should be supervised and deterred from running around, so that everyone can enjoy the movie

Bedford Kendo Club Here at Great Denham Community Hall Monday & Thursday Evenings. Kendo – ‘The way of the Sword’ is a Japanese martial art with its origins coming from the traditional aspects of Samurai bushido. We welcome adults and children to join us in this unique and challenging art.
