I would like to apologise to any one who I have not responded to we have had some te

chnical difficulties with our page lately meaning we have not been able to access our messages.

I have managed to resolve the problem and messages everyone back whos messages has came through.

We are still taking bookings for the future and we are still doing some bookings for smaller products this year such as numbers to have at home and balloons

Would also like to say a big thank you to everyone doing there bit during the pandemic and would like to wish you all a merry Christmas for next week and all the best for you all in the new year and hopefully 2021 is going to a better year for us all

Due to the current pandemic we would like to reassure our customers we are taking all necessary actions to maintain the highest levels of hygiene and safety precautions we can. For bookings which may fall with in any government quarinteen measures we are prepared to move your date to next available opportunity where and when possible, providing the hire item isn't pre booked with another client on the requested date.

For all trade users a counter credit will be issued where and when applicable for any positive balances where a contract can not be met due to cancellation or other 3rd party interactions beyond our reasonable control.

Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information should you have a booking with us.

We are a very diverse and multi skilled business with a wide variety of services over many sectors which will see us through so please be reassured your bookings are safe with us short and long term.

For all customers on a long term payment plan we are happy to give you a goodwill payment holiday should it be required please get In touch with Beth for further information.
