What an excellent amount of money raised for an amazing cause. Well done to everyone who donated and to the wonderful Scottish Arts and Crafts Fair team🥰

A massive thank you to everyone who came along to the second day of our two-day Christmas event. Despite lots of snow and very chilly temperatures this weekend we were absolutely delighted to have a total of over 3000 visitors. The icing on the cake today is the news that a fantastic total of £1645.32 has been raised for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust. Thanks to everyone who donated prizes, bought tombola tickets and donated to the funds, your generosity is truly amazing. We're about to sit down with a bottle of champagne and photos from this weekend's event will follow tomorrow.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our events this year at Geilsland Estate, we received over 20,000 visitors in 2023. We'll be back every month from 3rd February 2024 to do it all again 💜

Get your shopping bags ready for the best weekend of the year!🥰🤩

Welcome to December, it's just one more sleep until we're back at Geilsland Estate for our first ever TWO DAY Christmas event. This will be our biggest event yet with an increased line up of 52 stalls each day and we'll be raising funds for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust on Saturday with our special tombola stall packed with over 200 amazing prizes! All our stalls are indoors so you can enjoy a relaxing day of retail therapy in the warm & dry and get ahead with your Christmas shopping. Don't miss your final opportunity to visit us in 2023 and you can pick up a postcard with all our dates for 2024.

Our venue is fully accessible with an on site café, entry is free and we're dog friendly too. In addition to FREE parking, we have a fantastic car park team on hand to help you find a space 💜 We're open from 11am to 4pm, address - Geilsland Estate, Wardrop Street, Beith, KA15 2EY.

It's a busy time for our events in the lead up to Christmas and as a result it may take a little longer for our car park team at Geilsland Estate to find you a space (they dealt with nearly 2600 visitors in November). The team has come up with a plan which should provide around 40-50 additional spaces for December, however, if all the parking areas are full when you arrive, the team will ask you to go out the estate's rear exit onto Geilsland Road and do a circuit back around to the main entrance by which time a space should become available. Occasionally it may be necessary to ask customers to return in 5-10 minutes during exceptionally busy times when it is likely to take a while for spaces to become available. Why not take the opportunity to visit some of the small businesses in Beith while you are in the area? Nearby businesses include The little gift shop (gifts & cards), Curiosity (coffee, cake & vintage bits), Irvines Bakery (award winning family bakery with sit in café), Christmastime (pop-up Christmas shop), Roebank Hotel & Wedding Venue (restaurant/bar), Eglinton Inn (Pub & Bar serving food and hot & cold drinks), Gateside Plant Centre (plants & garden supplies), and The Gateside Inn (family pub). Alternatively you can park in Beith, and it's a 5-10 minutes walk to Geilsland Estate. Like all venues there's a limit to the number of spaces available and the estate needs to ensure that it's still accessible to the emergency services should they be required to attend. When we operated in Troon the nearby parking was very limited and customers often had to park up to 20-30 minutes away from the venue. At Beith you have the reassurance that the team will find you a space as soon as they can, and we're sure you'll all agree that our fabulous crafters are worth a short wait 😊

The majority of our visitors are understanding, and thankful that the team are there to help, however, it should be noted that Geilsland Estate operates a zero-tolerance policy and any customers who are abusive towards staff can be banned from the estate - we fully support this policy. We really appreciate everyone's patience during this busy time and rest assured that the car park team will find you a space as soon as possible so you can enjoy a wonderful day at the craft fair.

This is our final event of 2023 and it's also our biggest event of the year with an increased line up of 52 indoor stalls each day and almost 70 crafters taking part! We'll have a huge range of handmade goods including local food & drink available, ideal as Christmas gifts or just to treat yourself. We're also raising funds for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust on the Saturday with our special tomobola stall packed with hundreds of amazing prizes. As you probably already know, every month, we are the proud hosts of the Scottish Arts and Crafts Fair team and their legendary craft fair events. They do incredible work organising stalls, booking crafters, and making the event as seamless and enjoyable as possible. But, what you might not know, is we also have a very small but very dedicated team on the ground, ensuring parking goes smoothly and that visitors can come and go with ease. This is no easy task with the huge amount of visitors this wonderful event pulls in each month, but they always do it with ease and a smile.
