We're currently in the process of organising an indoor event to get you back into the mood...

We would like to wish all of our followers a prosperous New Year.

It's nearly that time again, our learners class for fluters will be back from Wednesday 8th January at 7pm and will continue every Wednesday night from then on. Full band practice will resume from Wednesday 29th January.

We had a great response to our call for new members through the season last year and it'd be great to see some new faces (or old faces) back through the door in what is promising to be another exciting year for the band. Don't delay coming down or you'll miss getting measured for our brand new uniform. 👀

Thank you once again for your support from the pavements and with our fundraising efforts throughout the year.

Yesterday we had the privilege of taking part in the Pitch Perfect event hosted by Belfast Orangefest and the Ulster-Scots Agency at Seaview Stadium. A great event that showcased and celebrated a wide range of Ulster-Scots musical traditions.

The event puts an end to the marching season for us and it's been an excellent season once again. It's been great to see so many new members come through the door and yesterday we walked with the biggest band we've had out on the road since the band formed in 2019.

We are looking for new members to join the band for the season ahead, particularly fluters and a new male colour party. A learners class for fluters will run on a Wednesday evening during the months of October, November and January with the full band back at practice in February.

Below is a bit of information about today's event at Seaview.

We will be leaving from Deacon Street at 4pm to head along to main event for our 5.30pm slot.

If you missed out on tickets via the online "sales", around 500 tickets will be available at the door. A fantastic turnout is expected with just over 2000 tickets shifted.

We hope everyone has a great day and fingers crossed the rain stays off.

We can’t guarantee the sunshine, but we can guarantee a spectacular afternoon at PITCH PERFECT celebrating our rich Ulster-Scots musical traditions!

Ahead of tomorrow’s event please familiarise yourself with the site layout for your safety and that of others.

• Doors open 12:00pm
• Patrons can enter the stadium via gates B and C
• Once inside there will be one dedicated ticket and search lane manned by security
• Patrons may be asked to submit themselves to a search. Patrons with glassware or other prohibited items (sharps, drugs, alcohol and anything deemed dangerous or inappropriate by security) will be asked to dispose of them before entering the site.
• Large bags will not be permitted on site.
