We are back doing balloon orders for personalised clusters🎉

We will be back doing events from the end of April beginning of May so if you have anything planned get in touch with us for prices etc.

Due to increased prices the pricing for our services will unfortunately have to also increase but we will try to do our best to suit each customer individually.

Hey Everyone

Just letting you all know I’ll be getting back to any unanswered messages as soon as I can.

Also just a reminder we aren’t offering any helium balloons we are only going to be offering balloon clusters, decorating halls for any events & room displays.

As usual all orders for balloon clusters must be collected unless it’s part of a hall set up.

And bubble balloons will all come on a cluster as shown in the pictures below.

Here’s a collection of some of the things we have to offer just drop me a message and I’ll get you booked in.

It will just be me on my own for a while so please be patient 😅 I will get around to everyone and try to cater for yous as best I can just be aware that as a result there will be a limited availability.

Hey Everyone🙂

🎈Just sharing some information regarding the business, we have made the decision to close from here until after xmas due to the increasing prices for supplies as I can't seem to get the same balloons from one week to the next with products being discontinued and the shortage of helium which I'm sure you have even seen businesses such as the card factory and card land experiencing the same issues. I also have alot of personal reasons as to why we will be closing also and I hope you all can understand. 🎈

❤I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who booked in parties/events & balloons with us this year it means alot that you choose us to decorate for your special day.❤

⭐We will be back again from Feb 2023 & John will be taking over the business going forward. We need time to adjust our price list & look for better suppliers as it has been very stressful over the last few months trying to keep up with customer demand due to only being able to have a limited stock of each item which is not how I like to run my business so to do this I believe I will need a few months to just try and get ahead of the game for 2023⭐

Hey Everyone🙂

Just a wee update for all my amazing customers

We won't be offering single helium bubble balloons or foils as the price of helium at the moment is through the roof and is becoming more and more difficult to keep in stock. For example for me to offer 10 sets of 3 it would cost me £70 in helium which is just too hard to manage when your a small business.

We will still be offering helium sets when it comes to larger events but the package itself will only come with 5 sets of 3 helium and 5 sets of non helium centrepieces (pertaining to your theme I will structure the kind of centrepiece around).

I'm hoping that this won't be a permanent thing when it comes to helium if anything changes I will post on here to let you all know. And also I will be on the hunt for new centrepieces as alot of things I have been using are being discontinued and its becoming difficult to get them but again I will post any updates on here.

😁Hey everyone😁

Finally getting a chance to put an update on the page 😂😂 I know I havent been on as much and my replies have been slow it just has been so busy the past few months

Just a few things I want to remind everyone on how we work and our info. We have put this up before but over the last few months we haven’t had a chance to repost due to being so busy.

🎈Firstly all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE❗️❗️ no matter the circumstances as we use the funds right away for that particular job whether that be purchasing materials or removing that date and time off our work diary due to high demand.

🎈This also applies to anyone who has booked in with us and changed their minds last minute or if anything were to happen with your balloons once you get them home as we ensure that all sets don’t leave us unless they are up to standard and we WONT❗️❗️be liable to repay any monies as a result.

🎈Secondly, we won’t ❌be offering single balloon helium sets due to the unpredictability of the helium itself, this is something that I hadn’t offered before because of the same reason & lately I’ve been getting the same issues. It’s frustrating for me as well as you as I cannot control the helium and I am then having to refund money and ultimately I’m out of pocket as a result so I won’t be offering the single helium balloons unless it’s booked in with one of our big packages and set ups.

🎈And lastly, if you book in for one of our big packages and you either cancel or want to remove items/ downsize you then forfeit your deposit and another deposit must be taken as the items which are cancelled could have been put to use with another customer, my items are at such a high demand at times it’s really frustrating when I book those items out with you then you cancel it may seem a small issue for you but it’s a real pain for me as most likely other customers will want the full package when ordering and not just certain items that I have available which leaves me out of pocket and losing out again.

❗️❗️This is not directed at any one customer this is just general issues that have been happening on and off since if started the business, it may seem like a lot of information all at once but I just don’t get a chance to explain this often or have time to write these posts. But I just wanted to explain to all new and existing customers that this is our policy and we just want you to know where you stand before ordering with us so as there is no confusion.
