A flow a day keeps the stagnancy away 🌀
Yoga and dance has been my saving grace over these past few years 🧘♀️💃
Someone who never really felt “at home” in her body, regular practice has guided me to find a sense of safety within myself that I never even knew was possible 😅
A movement practice can look different for everyone, we all benefit from and enjoy different things and work in different ways
If your well and able enough, I suggest you find a form of movement that suits you, that challenges you, and that you enjoy
As someone with a beyond busy mind, its so easy for me to get wrapped up in thought and movement is one of the quickest ways that brings me out of my mind and into my body ✨

Im far from a yogi 😂 and its important to state that yoga isn’t just something you come to a class to experience and isn’t just about moving our bodies, its a lifelong journey that takes patience and and discipline.
With my classes what I intend to create is a safe space, for us to come back home to our bodies, to connect and allow ourselves to switch off for a little bit ✨
We will flow with some yoga asana (postures), connect to our breath with some Pranayama (breath work) and enjoy a gorgeous wee guided relaxation at the end 🧘♀️

We are running a special event this Saturday in @body_conscious_studio to celebrate international women’s day & Mother’s Day❤️
We have a special guest coming in to do auricular acupuncture & batch flower remedy therapy.
This will be followed by a new moon ritual to set intentions, journaling, breath work, yoga nidra (similar to a meditation) & some tea with chats
We want to make this affordable for everyone but we need to cover all costs of providing the event
(The acupuncture is usually £35
Batch flower remedies starting from £12 upward)
For the event the tickets will be on SALE at £30pp
or £50 for two if you want to treat a friend/mum
This will be a beautiful nourishing night, connecting back to self and releasing what no longer serves us.

We had a beautiful workshop with the kids in @culturlann last night where we played with our breath, some sound and learned a few different yoga poses 💪
The children took home some positive affirmations to boost self motivation and confidence and got a little personal gift for protection ✨
