Another unique concept delivered for a lovely corporate client for their summer party .... ‘Murder Mystery at the Manor’… 🕵️♂️🚌
Employees boarded buses from their offices to Malone House and were greeted onboard by a detective who unveiled a thrilling mystery to solve. Each guest received a custom case file to submit their suspects, murder weapons, and motive guesses. 🔍 The suspense built throughout the evening until our detectives gathered everyone to reveal the murderer!
After the mystery was solved, the evening continued with delicious BBQ food, captivating entertainment, and fun murder mystery-themed garden games. 🍽️🎭

Delivering an event in such a blank warehouse space with our largest video wall to date was certainly challenging, but we rose to the occasion! We were delighted to be entrusted by our client, The Keystone Group, to organise and deliver their show-stopping 35th anniversary celebrations 🌟
Our team coordinated complex transfers and air travel, as well as arranged and managed hotel accommodations for 400 guests from across the UK and Ireland. The celebration included insightful factory tours at their onsite facility in Cookstown and culminated in an unforgettable gala dinner at Titanic Belfast.
Keystone aimed to offer their customers a genuine Northern Irish experience, and we are proud to have delivered just that!

#ThrowbackThursday to the Credit Union Conference & AGM, a brand new client who we were delighted to work with on their first in-person conference post-pandemic.
Hosted at the fabulous ICC Belfast the 2-day conference & saw a change in format, encouraging learning, engagement & some much needed networking & catching up for the 700+ delegates.
We worked closely with the ILCU to shape a programme of external events too, including a welcome drinks reception, golf day & a social evening beginning with an open top bus tour of the city & finished up with street food & live local entertainment at Titanic Belfast
Our team also worked on managing the sales & build of the exhibition space as well as all delegate managing all registrations & accommodation, with 3 amazing local hotels filled to the brim! It was so great to see these large scale events back and delivering such impact on our fab wee city.

We're throwing it back to April, to the Waterfront Hall & Ulster Hall when we welcomed 600+ guests for an amazing evening celebrating 60 years of SPAR NI 🎂 An amazing £160,000 was raised for Cancer Fund for Children & Marie Curie - Northern Ireland🌼 through a variety of fundraising initiatives including live & silent auctions, all managed and curated by our team ❣️
We also had some pretty special entertainment from the one and only Billy Ocean, Peter Corry Productions telling the tale of Henderson & SPAR and Re-Take That, and the room was completely transformed by our amazing décor partners SBD Events Ltd & MAD Colour 😍 Oh what a night!
