If you are thinking of joining us at the next fair you might have some questions - hopefully this will help!
Do I need to buy a ticket in advance? No, we actually don't sell tickets in advance. You can pay at the door on the day. Can I bring my child? Absolutely! They are very welcome. There is no charge for children under 13. Where can I park? There are 2 large multi-storey car parks close to the Waterfront Hall. One is right next to it, the other is on Laganbank Road. When you drive in to Lanyon place, take the last exit from the small roundabout and follow that road round to the left (towards El Divino). It's really close. There is also a lot of on-street parking in Belfast which is free on a Sunday. Of course you may wish to leave the car behind and use public transport. The Waterfront is very close to the city centre and so it's within walking distance of bus and train stations. Is the fair big? Yes we have 120 exhibitors spread across 3 floors of the building. There's a lot to see so we suggest you arrive early. You can read the full exhibitor list at quirkyweddings.co.uk (this will be announced mid-August!) and start researching the companies to figure out who you want to make a bee-line for. Or you can browse at your leisure. I might get peckish, can I get a snack? Yes, there will be catering points available. One of the Waterfront Staff or a Quirky Weddings person can show you where they are. We don't feel at ease at other wedding fairs because we aren't a 'traditional couple'. Will your exhibitors want to work with us? We get asked this a LOT. We exist for you. Everyone is welcome. Our exhibitors love working with all kinds of couples and love our fair because they meet such a spectrum of amazing couples there. We don't care what age you are, who you fell in love with or what your budget is...get into the Waterfront and we'll show you lovely stuff and introduce you to fabulous people.
