The 1st of many test cooks just to get it right and also play with the new toy. 😁

2hr Slow Smoked Double Wings with a specialist wing rub marinade and bbq glaze, cooked over charcoal and cherry wood chunks.

Will be trying new products over the next few weeks.

Next up will be either a beef brisket or pork shoulder.
