Forfey Ltd. Audio • Lighting • Events Our Belfast office and warehouse is situated just off the Upper Newtownards road - about 10 mins from the centre of Belfast (by car).

We enjoy working alongside real people, who want to get the best from their ideas, without having to worry about production and other details, so that they can concentrate on what they’re best at. Our Fermanagh ‘offices’ get used from time to time, especially from July to August. After starting our first festival in 2006, we decided to offer our small-scale audio and event expertise to others. Six

years later, we now have a wide range of lighting, professional audio equipment and event knowledge under our belts and in stock. With clients in the private and public sector, from live events to installations, we’re equally comfortable managing your event or providing you with gear.

The end of October saw Northstar debut at the Telegraph Building in Belfast. The project delivered by Solab was inspired by Frederick Douglass, a writer and abolitionist who visited Belfast in 1845.

The show was the first homegrown production in Ireland to utilise L-ISA, L’Acoustics’ live immersive audio system. It was an honour - and a lot of fun - to be part of the audio team for such a significant project on both a technical and cultural level.
