Menu for cookery classs December 17th .

Saltcod or Prawn acra with tamarind barbeque sauce.

Yam croquette with coconut curry aioli

Honey jerk salmon or chicken, carmelised mango pineapple salsa, corn on cob, (this one is special😁)
Cook up rice and peas. ( veggie vegan option is a gumbo)
