I was lucky enough to decorate the outside of this beautiful home last week and sprinkle a little extra Christmas magic. The house had not just one, but two gorgeous entrances to dress and I honestly cannot decide which one I preferred the most!
I was absolutely in my element when designing, selecting the ingredients and creating these arrangements. Every component was natural including eucalyptus, holly, pine, skimmia, hazel, ivy, berries, thistle, pine cones and pussy willow to name just a few.

The week that was.
I can honestly say the last few days have been the hardest I have ever worked in my whole life! Physically, emotionally and mentally challenging (I think I was on my feet for 14 hours straight at one point 😭), but oh my goodness it was amazing.
I’m so grateful to all those couples who not only trusted me to do their wedding flowers, but chose to stick with me after postponing their big day last year. 😍 Every single arrangement I did this week was treated the love and attention it deserved.
The smiles I see when I deliver the bouquets, the lovely messages and comments I receive afterwards are really just the icing on the cake and I’m so lucky I get to call this my job.
That said, I’m soooo looking forward to having this weekend off. Now where’s the wine?🍷

The ultimate micro wedding.
Despite having to cut their guest list down to 15, Ella and Sam still wanted to go ahead with the wedding they’d originally been planning for over a year. It really was the most magical of days, with so many beautiful, personal additions.
As most of my couples will know, I love to harp on about re-purposing arrangements and that’s exactly what we did here; subtly whisking away the church pedestals after the ceremony and placing them on the table for the reception. #morebangforyourbuck
Anyone else super excited for the shops reopening tomorrow?! I just can’t wait to go somewhere different to a supermarket!
One fabulous, independent shop I will be visiting on Berko High Street is @creativecollectivepopups and not only because I’ll be stocking these little beauties in there, but I’ll also be looking for unique and wonderful gifts while trying to support some amazing local businesses.
