Super excited to receive the most amazing photos from A&M’s wedding taken by the super talented , I just love this shot! There was a certain amount of planning involved to get sparklers lit and guests in the right places but it really came down to a bit of luck and an awesome photographer! 😊 x

What a beautiful day for a Bat Mitzvah! It was so special planning this event for a family I have got to know well having planned their son’s Bar Mitzvah 3 years ago!

We didn’t have a particular ‘theme’ but ended up with shades of blue, with a festival vibe and a splash of Italy!

Guests enjoyed a champagne reception in the garden followed by a delicious Italian dinner served family style and a Gelato Bar to finish!

We had roaming glitter artists, festival bands, a ‘vintage’ photo booth and a silent disco!

A very special celebration for a lovely young lady! 😊 x

After almost a year in the planning it was super exciting to see all our plans become reality for A&M’s wedding day! What we didn’t plan was the appearance of the most incredible double rainbow and beautiful evening light after a very heavy downpour!!!
Guests enjoyed a delicious traditional Afternoon Tea surrounded by stunning locally grown seasonal flowers! Happy Days! 😊🌈 x

Sadly I missed out on the Sweet Treats at our party (too busy dancing🤣) how yummy do they look; Meringue Kisses from / Cannoli from my favourite fabulous Brownies made by my gorgeous daughter Holly with huge strawberries from Berko Market!❤️ x

Hello! It’s been a while since I was brave enough for a close up but here I am to say hi from my happy place!

Alongside planning events my other passion is growing flowers! To me there is nothing more rewarding than sowing tiny seeds and nurturing them to become beautiful blooms!

I created 5 cut flower beds back in 2018 and initially started my seeds off in a cold frame, then in 2020 I bought my greenhouse which has transformed my life! This is only my second season of having more space to grow, I love sowing what I can in the autumn I find it really helps me get through the gloomy parts of the year. My mother was an amazing gardener, sadly it’s only since she died in 2018 that I caught the growing bug, but I feel very close to her when I’m in my happy place.

This year I hope to be able to use even more of my flowers at the events I plan and who knows maybe even be brave enough to start selling bunches locally! 😊 x

This is just one of the many aspects of my job as an Event Planner! It doesn’t matter how big or small your party is, having someone there to take on this responsibility allows you to feel like the guest of honour at your own party!

50th Birthday Parties seem to be popular this year! I had such fun working with a lovely client to plan a Surprise 50th Party for her husband - 007 fan!!
She managed to plan activities meaning the “birthday boy” was out all day leaving us free to prepare!
A marquee went up first thing with a large speaker for dancing later, lots of decorations, personalised biscuit favours, a gin bar, plenty of fizz and a private chef to create a mouthwatering dinner!
Everything was ready for his arrival - he certainly was surprised!!! 😊

This is my first year of growing China Asters; totally in love! To be honest on their own I find them a bit bland but if you add some deeper autumn colours they just zing! Have a lovely weekend, I’m off to Derbyshire to visit my sister! 😊 x

Bright and bold colours really add a punch to this small marquee for a 50th Birthday celebration at the weekend!
Gorgeous dahlias, loads of colourful paper lanterns, a cosy seating corner and the most amazing ‘Mix Tape’ cake (this may be an alien being to a few of you out there!) 😂 x

You don’t have to spend hours creating a pretty table, last weekend in Northamptonshire I quite literally threw a few jars of flowers on the table, a runner and a couple of jars of fairy lights and ‘hey presto’ we were ready! What could be better than a delicious dinner outside with friends (and a few flowers of course)! 😊 x

Here Comes the Sun! I had to share my first sunflower with you this morning, isn’t she gorgeous! A busy weekend ahead, have just finished picking bucket loads of flowers for an event tomorrow, once work is done I’m off to the Northampton countryside to spend the rest of the weekend with some very special friends! Had a lovely day off today at a brilliant Willow Weaving Workshop held Little Heath Tearoom run by Natalie at Trottiscliffe Willow. I had always wanted to have a go at this and am now delighted with ‘Hamish the Hare’ who is settling in nicely to his new habitat! A great workshop with step by step guidance, you’d be amazed what you can create!
Thank you to Helena and her team for a delicious lunch too! 😊 x
