It is said that if your business can survive 5 years of trading you are on your way to a successful business. On the 6th June, 1987 I started my outside catering business as “East Riding Caterers” later to move with the times and changed the name to “2chefs.co.uk”. I have now been trading as an outside caterer for 37 years and plan to carry on for a lot longer. YIPPEE!!!!

Ploughman's pork pie. (Lattice pork pies with the gaps filled with pickle and then mature cheddar cheese and a sweet pickled onion skewer placed on top of the pork pie. Also a crispy puff pastry tartlet with onion, cheddar cheese, goat's cheese, filling. Topped with plum tomato and red pepper.

Today is 2chefs.co.uk birthday and we have been trading for 34 YEARS. Yippee!!! So to put a smile on my face I will rerun my one dip into the film industry. Ha ha!!
