Well FLOWER friends it's been another crazy couple of months in my studo here at Hardwick Village

Even though we know Christmas is on its way, we can never really prepare for the busy season. As a sole worker, I can only do so much. But this year I did get some help from my friendly elf!

He got very creative and supplied an endless flow of coffee.

Hosting over 155 guests from the end of November till mid December, welcoming guests into a number of venues around Oxfordshire creating door wreaths and table decorations.
Pubs, Village Halls, Schools, Homes, Restaurants, and more

Hosting festive workshops in my residential carehomes. What I love doing. I will be continuing visiting them on a monthly basis in 2025. Starting tomorrow

Working alongside some local hotels and private homes to make thier Christmas dreams turn into reality.

Decorating my own home at the end of October....yes October! That's the only time I get to do that.

Continued to fulfil my orders for birthdays, anniversaries ect.

It never stops....

Attended my 2nd FLOWERS dbs Christmas night out in London. Hotel, theatre and dinner

I want to thank you all for that, with your ongoing support I can comfortably go into 2025 with my head held high, and looking forward to a bright year.

All set for my last wreath workshop of this year. It's been an amazing up take, hosting over 125 guests.

Thank you all for supporting my small local floristry business

I'm now taking bookings for workshops in 2025. If you fancy getting creative and have a burning ambition to learn more about flowers and floral design, drop me a message and we can arrange a workshop. Not just for Christmas but throughout the year

Workshops can be held in a pub, village hall, church, garden, school, college, unversity, care homes, hotels or your very own home

Guests from 4 to 100, if we have the space we can host a workshop. I may need a PA if it gets a bit noisy lol

I make it light and fun, never any pressure. We take our time, these is no rush

Another fabulous festive wreath workshop yesterday evening at STOKE LYNE VILLAGE Church Hall. We had a warm cosy room to get creative.
A cup of coffee also kept us warm

So far I have welcomed 125 guests to my festive wreath workshop. Saturday is my last booked workshop till it all starts again in 2025!!

The theme was, Gingerbread. We had cookie jars, Gingerbread men & ladies. Hot chocolate with Gingerbread sprinkles. Ginger nut biscuits and Gingerbread cookies

Good morning FLOWER friends! I'm up super early today, before it gets too hot. Once I've done some displays, they need to go into the cooler to stay nice and cold. That way they will last longer and not get over heated. Keep any cut flowers you have away from your windows, making sure they have fresh water to keep them hydrated. Cut a bit off the steams, at an angle so they can have a good drink. No one likes a floppy flower !! Stay cool and hydrated 😎 Steve x
