Was great to talk to thr students about the catering & hospitality industry and also meet those who are interested in becoming chefs.

Roasted & Spiced Pumpkin Base, Friarelli, Fior Di Latte, Gorgonzola Cream.

We've also added a new meat special Bacon & Date
Wholegrain Mustard Béchamel Base, Guanciale, Date Jam, Fior Di Latte.
