We need to raise £5000 to cover the costs of doing this event and as such, I am offering 10 couples our WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE from preparation to first dance for just £500 (Usually £1200). You will get all of your photos via a wooden boxed engraved USB as well as your own personal secure online gallery. We already have £3911.50 (including Gift Aid) in sponsorship for Cancer Research UK. For those of you that don’t know me, I’m Mike Ling, married to my gorgeous wife Sharon. We have four children, Chloe, Connor, Joshua and Abbi. My dad also had cancer (terminal) and unfortunately lost his battle in 13th July 2023. My sister has been through it too, amongst many others that I know.
I would like to help the fight to cure cancer for good and, so, on 6th July this year, my sons, Connor & Joshua, good friend, Alex, and I are going to cycle the NC500 (516 miles around the North Coast of Scotland), in aid of Cancer Research UK.

We have 8 companies (see below) that sponsored the purchase of our Trek Road Bikes and equipment, allowing us to begin training. We are now looking to raise funds for the accommodation and spare parts for our bikes. We are a team of 4 riders and will need spare wheels, tyres, inner tubes, gear sets etc. we have a support team of 7 following us around the course, including a GB Team Physio, so we need to fund accommodation for 11 people per night for 8 nights.

Happy New Year everyone. 2023 was a year of plenty of ups and downs. The loss of my dad hit us all hard. 2024 is going to be an adventurous one with some big decisions to be made, 516 miles to be cycled and our youngest finishing school.
