Billy Rowan aka The Undercover Hippy has been performing at festivals since 2008, working his way up from being a solo singer-songwriter playing in small marquee stages, to now having a full band of incredible musicians and playing main-stages at some of the UK’s best independent festivals. The band have been regulars at Glastonbury, Boomtown, Electric Picnic, Eden Festival in Scotland and Beautiful Days, plus many more around the UK and Europe. They also tour extensively in the UK twice a year, playing to packed venues from Edinburgh to Penzance.
The music is best described as politically driven acoustic roots reggae folk-hop, with feel good vibes and a sly sense of humour. The live show is high energy, interactive, and always leaves the crowd begging for more. Devoted fans travel the length of the UK for shows, audibly singing along with every chorus.
Support from Revelation Roots, bringing their rootsy dub reggae to the fold, this is going to be a night to remember!

A renowned immersive and unique show in Appledore, Sunday 6th October.

Back by even more hugely popular demand - Old Time Sailors is a flashmob musical show designed to take the audience back in time, through an unforgettable trip to the 19th century. Every member of the audience is offered the chance to buy a copy of the Sunday Sailor, the ships own newspaper shaped program which includes the lyrics to the songs (plus personalised postal stamps!) in order to sing along and become a Sailor for one epic night! Our crew is composed of 19 musicians playing raucous high tempo songs of the sea, ensuring a unique, authentic and unforgettable experience!

A silent disco in Appledore, St Mary's Hall!
For those that have not been to a 'Silent Disco' before -
Revellers buy a ticket to the event.
On arrival at the venue, revellers will pay a £20 cash deposit for the headphones, this deposit is refunded upon safe return of the headphones at the end of the night/when you choose to leave.
The head phones have 3 channels on them that the wearer can change between the channels. There is also a volume control.
3 Channels, each channel with a DJ playing choons!!!
Channel 1, Pop cheese, with Ben 'Kendal Mint Cake' Kent.
Channel 2, Indie rock classics with Charlie 'All man' Allman.
Channel 3, Dance tunes with local legend DJ, Rich Withey.
There is no amplification/music 'noise' in the venue which gives rise to quite a surreal experience when you listen to the crowd!
