Yesterday's wedding was an extravaganza of Scottish and Mexican delights as Carla and Grant said their 'I Dos' at the fabulous Wedderlie House. The Mexican contingent thoroughly enjoyed wearing their kilts and looked amazing, ten month Romeo was the ringbearer and did a great job, giving himself a lovely clap at the end, the peacocks joined in the fun, and there was much love and laughter.

Yesterday saw Becca and Alex tie the knot in a beautiful personal ceremony conducted by Becca's dad, while I got to watch and stepped in for the legal vows. The lovely Charlie the cockapoo did a great job as ring bearer, and everyone held hands to perform a shared heartbeat symbolic gesture. Lovely!

Congratulations to Charlotte and Louise, who tied the knot at the gorgeous and very atmospheric Cottiers in Glasgow. They arrived in style in a fabulous vintage campervan, we had handfasting, and they sealed the deal with a tot of that traditional Scottish drink (rum!) from the quaich. A brilliant day that they will always remember...

Jack and Aimee did it! They got married today in the fabulous Glasgow University Chapel, with a lot of laughter and a few glistening eyes as they said their vows to each other.

And they even let me sing! (Aimee was working as a waitress in a cocktail bar when they met - you know the rest ...)
