Last week it was wonderful to receive an email from to say that I had won a silver award for my design in their recent ‘Lazy Days of Summer’ competition - a bridal design to carry.

Flowers were supplied by and are as follows; Calendula officinalis (marigolds), Chrysanthemum segetum ‘Eastern Star’, and Scabiosa ochroleuca. Also added were dried Craspedia globosa, Bellis perennis, and Hedera helix ☀️💛🌻

This weekends visit to FleurEx organised by was great fun 🤩 I entered my first flower competition and managed to get 2nd place which was a wonderful surprise!

I watched some amazing demonstrations by & - and enjoyed the gala dinner as well as a great masterclass making a cascade design with Helen Jamieson.

All in all a wonderful weekend in the company of like minded flower fanatics!
