It was an absolute honour to be able to bake and set up this display for Paige and Lewis’s special day at Friern Manor.

A beautiful display of personalised white macarons, flavoured with a mix of raspberry, vanilla, dark chocolate and pistachio ganache fillings.

Dear Bread Lovers

I would like just to let you know that I will run a basic breadmaking workshop on Saturday 16th November at the Colourful Bites in the Barleylands Craft Village, Billericay from 10 AM to 2 PM

Would you like to make a loaf of bread but don't know where to start ?
Do you already make bread, but it doesn't turn out as perfect as you would like ?
Do you already make bread, but would you like to improve your technique and learn more ?

Then you should join me on this class.

We will spend a day kneading dough from scratch, I will teach you various shapes on how to shape the dough, I will teach you how to make a delicious oregano and olives bread.
At the end of the course you will take home all the breads ( 4 loaves ) made during the day.

Hot drinks refreshments and recipes will be included.
