Our unique, unhurried approach sets us apart as a funeral company. We wholeheartedly provide dedicated staff and time to be available in the ways you will find helpful.

~ Our conversations together to create the funeral details that are personal and significant for you are so important that we set aside lots of time to ensure we can provide all the guidance and support that each person will value, as the days preceding the funeral unfold.
We are not prescriptive for the time that appointments or meetings will take. We want to get to know you, and for you to get to know us, as options are explained and considered carefully. Time to listen to you; for you to know you are being heard; to give you pauses and space to ponder and process feelings and information - so you feel in control of the funeral discussions and make your own personal choices.

~ We provide our own ‘out-of-office-hours’ telephone support, so you know the person you are speaking with during the evening or weekend, and they are familiar with the arrangements we are coordinating for you, so questions and information can be meaningfully developed.

~ We respond to requests and changes promptly, sometimes beyond the cut-off times from suppliers, but going the extra mile and absolutely giving 100% to fulfil the arrangements you ask us to undertake for you. We acknowledge that a timely response to your requests may require additional resources from us ~ we give you our flexibility, time and attention.

~ We are committed to our team supporting just one funeral on a day, so we can thoughtfully facilitate the arrangements you have entrusted to us. We are mindfully present with you and entirely focused on supporting you. We are present for the ceremony. We are the last to leave the crematorium or place of burial, never rushing for another commitment. You have our undivided attention.
(Should it be that a second funeral request arises for a day, we coordinate our staff accordingly to ensure two separate colleague teams are available; you will always know our colleagues who are with you for the funeral.)

~ We share our time in the days, weeks, months following the funeral. Through our Dandelion Companions group; one-to-one support; additional care and guidance. We remain available for you.
