Seeing the professional photos is amazing - we are often cooking and preparing meals, pouring drinks, serving canapés, clearing, tidying and generally looking after guests…so taking photos of these incredible moments is pretty impossible.

THE MED - possibly the ultimate provider of sensational flavours and colour. Many of our customers love some Mediterranean vibes in their menus. But it’s a wonderfully broad spectrum of flavour - from Moroccan spices & pomegranates, to Greek olives & Turkish breads, Spanish Tapas to Italian bruschetta and antipasti. SO MUCH DELICIOUSNESS.
