Due to the spiralling costs of foodstuffs, packaging, utilities and fuel, we took the difficult decision before Christmas to cease all of our catering operations. We honoured advanced bookings already paid for, otherwise we are concentrating all of our energies on boosting our consultancy services through Posh Nosh Information.
We believe that, with 45+ years experience in Hospitality, this is the best use of our talents to support struggling small businesses in our sector. For example, our Mystery Guest Surveys give owners and employers frank insights, when they are absent, into whether their trusted staff are actually giving an appropriate level of service. One of these reports will cost less than half a day's wages for a pot-washer, in all probability.
On a practical level we are continuing to develop contemporary menu items, with advice on mass production and storage.
Anthony is also returning to his first love of promoting classic cocktails featured in his bartender's handbook "The Cheat's Guide To Good Cocktails".
