To all our customers, this is a polite notice to say that going forward we will now be taking a NONE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT on all orders placed. This will be the case for everyone weather we know you personally, if your a loyal customer or a new customer. We have had to make this decision as we do not always have the supplies in stock and therefore, we purchase these out of our own pockets and sometimes we have not taken deposits which has then lead to orders being cancelled, people not replying to us regarding their orders and orders being placed and then customers have gone elsewhere when we have already confirmed with them what they want such as price, date and have then ordered the supplies for these orders to not go ahead. We hope you understand our decision for this! Thank you
