It was my honour to conduct the Celebration of Life Service.
For the former Wolves player Ron Stockin, a member of the team, for the title winning season 1953 / 54 season.

The Family has sent me a message this morning.
And I am posting this with the family's permission.

Good morning Paul,

Thank you so much for yesterday service.
You made us feel at ease, when we were both very emotional.
And we loved the way you structured the ceremony and included all of the memories, that the family found special.
You created a memorial that honoured the man that Ron was.
We have had so many lovely comments after the service.
Once again thank you.

Very sad news about a fellow celebrant, friend and colleague.
Rest in Peace Andrew

UPDATE | We can confirm that the body found in the River Severn has been formally identified as 61-year-old Andrew Bulman who went missing on 23 November. His body was recovered in Stourport, Worcestershire on Sunday 24 December. Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal.

Our thoughts are with Andrew’s family at this sad time.

Lovely Thank You form a couple, who I did a Renewal of Vows, at the Golf Club where they met over 43 years ago.

Dear Paul,

Sorry this is a bit a late, but we have just come back off our second honeymoon.

Me and David just wanted to thank you, for the wonderful service you did for our Renewal of Vows on our 40th Wedding Anniversary.

Not only at the Golf Club where we first met, but in front of our family and close friends.

Just received this lovely email, from a family.

Hi Paul
Happy new year to you

On behalf of Nicky, Amanda, myself and our families we want to thank you for the way in which you conducted Roger/ Dads funeral service on 22 December 2022.

The service flowed perfectly and everything fitted together to pay tribute to the wonderful and loving husband and father that he was.

The eloquent way in which you delivered the eulogy led to many who attended commenting, that they felt that you had known him and that it helped them as they could hear and understand every word spoken

Several of those attending said to us later that it was the perfect service which helped us to know, that we had got it right for him.

Thank you for spending time with us and allowing us to have input into the eulogy, to bring memories of his life to build a picture of who he really was.

You helped us to say a proper and fitting farewell, to a man who is loved by so many and who is missed so very much.

Once again thank you for your compassion, understanding and professionalism, in what was a difficult time for us all
