This weekend our technicians were on site at the National Memorial Arboretum for a service of remembrance for ‘Care of Police Survivors’ (COPS).

This annual event features speeches from families who have lost loved ones in the line of duty and a live orchestra. We provided our compact line array towers with 7 KARA II speakers all controlled with a QL5 at FOH.

Over the past few weeks, Cloud One has been at the heart of Euro 2024 Big Screen Events, bringing the football frenzy to life with large projection screens and point-source audio.

We’ve transformed venues like Edgbaston, The Oval, and Lord cricket grounds into unforgettable football hubs, ensuring fans experienced every moment in style.

Hosted by Pete Graves, the events featured football legends Robbie Fowler, Harry Redknapp, Emile Heskey, Kevin Keegan, Jermain Defoe and John Barnes with the National Anthem sung by Soprano Emily Haig.

On Sunday, the Cloud One team were once again at the National Memorial Arboretum supplying an audio package for a Service of Remembrance to commemorate Armed Forces Personnel who served with the NATO-led international peacekeeping force into Kosovo.

The 25th anniversary since the end of the Kosovo war was marked with performances from a military band, along with poignant speeches from veterans and dignitaries from the lectern.

Birmingham’s buzzed with excitement as up to 2000 fans gathered to watch the Men’s T20 World Cup clash between India and Pakistan. The day was filled with DJ sets, Dhol drums, and live streaming of the match, all hosted by comedian, Astif Nawaz.

Cloud One was proud to enhance the event with our audio solutions. We provided two comprehensive audio packages for both the main and delay stages. The main stage featured nine KARA II speakers on per side, hung from our compact flying towers, accompanied by infills and SB18 subwoofers.

Yesterday, Royal British Legion marked the 80th anniversary of D-Day with a special Service of Remembrance at the National Memorial Arboretum, attended by Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.

As the Arboretum’s technical supplier, Cloud One provided full technical support across the site with PA, screens, and ISO feeds to major broadcasters.

Our custom 12ft set stole the show at Cheltenham! Gala Hospitality hosted a spectacular Gold Cup Lunch at the legendary Edgbaston cricket grounds, and we were thrilled to be a part of it.

With our expertise, we installed a stunning custom screen surround for a 16’ by 9’ projection screen. Powered by a Panasonic 10k projector, rear projection brought the event to life in dazzling detail!

The Royal British Legion has been organising Fields of Remembrance since 1928. Tributes with personal messages are planted within the National Memorial Arboretum, dedicated to the courage of Service men and women who lost their lives whilst serving. On the 3rd of November, the 2023 memorial was officially opened.
