It certainly was for our super customers, hubby and wife, Gary and Lisa celebrating their 50th Birthday Two Tone style.

We supplied our Easel and personalised signage, Balloon Garland, Ska Themed Bubble Balloon and Table Balloon Bouquets.

Hey guys - yes I know - we have been off the grid for an age!! So sorry about that, we have been working incredibly hard behind the scenes on your amazing orders and also trying to get sorted out at the unit and of course the boring stuff of getting our tax return completed in time!

We also had the chance to work at the Spring Fair at the NEC last weekend, helping set up some of the balloon decor and then going to visit - there are some fabulous new products and gorgeous colours coming out this year, and we will be showing you these once they are released - so excited to show you these!

In the meantime, we have had a number of requests recently for balloons celebrating some of fabulous music artists, musicals and music balloons in general, so here are some of the amazing balloons we have had the pleasure of doing for you guys. We loved doing every single one of these and loved the chance to get creative. Thank you all again for your orders, we are grateful for every single one of you and we hope you all had the best time celebrating!!! ###

Hey guys - firstly does anybody know what day it is lol 🤣🤣🤣 It's this weird time between Christmas and New Year!

Just wanted to say we hope you all had a fabulous Christmas and Santa bought you everything you wanted. Massive thank you to everyone for your orders and we are so sorry to anyone we had to let down - we never like letting of our lovely customers down!

Over at Pom Poms new HQ - as we are sure you can imagine, following the move its a bit chaotic - we are trying to get sorted asap for you guys.

Evening guys, hope you are all safe and well from the vile weather we have been having!

Important information update - from Monday 25th November 2024 the shop will no longer be open to walk in customers. Orders will now need to be placed via email, text or on social media. This has been a difficult decision for us to make, however, there is stuff everywhere at the shop, so its not good from a health and safety point of view. We now also have balloons etc in two locations so just to make things easier for everyone, balloons will now need to be ordered in advance. Any orders you are needing between now and 17th December, please ensure these are in as soon as possible so that we can can locate any products we need to complete your order, we will, unfortunately not be able to do any last minute jobs for the next few weeks, we are so sorry.

Many apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Hey guys!!!

We are so very sorry but we have taken the very difficult decision that we will not be offering the Elf Arrival Balloons this year.

This is due to us moving premises around this time and having the capacity to offer these as it could very well be around this time the big move happens and we also have to consider the "Elf and Safety" (see what we did there) aspect of customers collecting from the shop if we are mid move.

We know this will be extremely disappointing for our customers and we never like to have to let anyone down and we honestly cannot apologise enough for this. We really appreciate all of your support.

If any of you need recommendations of anyone else providing the Elf balloons this year, do give us a shout and we can point you in the direction of other fabulous balloon companies - so sorry again guys ###

Good Evening Guys!!

So our huge news is..............

After almost 5 fabulous years at School Road - WE ARE MOVING PREMISES.

We will be very sad to leave our lovely little shop but the time has come for us to make some changes and move to a more suitable place to run things from.

Some of you will of no doubt noticed the shop has been closed and this is one of the reasons for us moving - we are just not there enough and we feel that our customers deserve a better service than turning up and finding we are closed!

So where are we off to?.......

We will be taking over a unit in Tyseley, Birmingham. Everything will remain the same for now, collections can still take place - there is parking!!! Deliveries will still remain as normal. Our delivery areas will not change so we can still provide our services to our amazing customers.

Our last day at the shop will be 17th December - there may be a little moving out party happening but we will update you on this nearer the time.

We will also have a some items to sell and lots of items will be reduced to clear - so also keep a look out for these posts to grab some bargains!

We hope you guys will still continue to support us moving forward and we look forward to our next chapter.
