Curated catering’ for their early evening gathering at
Creating edible landscapes referencing Birmingham*, along with a special brew to encourage informal and unexpected conversations.

Landscapes are themed around A City of a 1000 Trades; Paved with Gold; More Canals than Venice

Corporate grazing lunch hosted by .moda at newly opened Loudon’s Yard Edgbaston in their private dining room 🍴
They host in various cities and always use local independents for their hospitality requirements, inspiring ethos! 🌿
So lovely to work alongside once again, though loading up on the first snow day was a little challenging, the event was a huge success 🥂

I am thrilled to be collaborating with Suzie, of renown, on a festive supper club on Thursday 19th December.

We have crafted a five-course menu, celebrating the turtle dove - a symbol of love and one of the UK’s most endangered birds.
