Today, I'm really getting about!
I'm on the road to Pembrokeshire for The Best Men and absolutely buzzing for tonight’s wedding at Fforest Farm!

I’ve got a some great tunes lined up for Ben and Alex that’s going to make the dance floor unforgettable.

They’ve requested some absolute bangers, from the punk-pop energy of My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy to indie vibes with The Strokes and Yeah Yeah Yeahs and a finish full of female artists and female-fronted bands like Stevie Nicks, Blondie, CSS, and Lorde.

But here’s my favourite part – they’ve asked for "...Alive with the Glory of Love" by Say Anything 🙌 I've absolutely adored this tune for years, but it’s rare to find anyone else who even knows it, let alone loves it, so I rarely get to play it out!

Can’t wait to drop this tune and see the reaction – I already know it’s going to be a highlight of the night. Let’s get ready to make some memories in Wales! 🎉✨

Who remembers this moment from a couple of weeks back?
The dancefloor at Actress and Bishop (official) singing their hearts out to 'It's Not Fair' by Lily Allen 🎤💃 I hope it didn't strike too much of a nerve with anyone...

I’ll be back on the decks TONIGHT to keep the party going! Expect indie anthems, some soul and Motown, guilty pleasures, and all the dancefloor vibes. Don't miss it! See you there from 10pm! 🎧🔥

I most l Iikely won't be going to Download Festival next year, but what do you think of the lineup announcement that just dropped?

This one was early in the night a couple of weeks back at Actress and Bishop (official).

"She don't think straight!"

Should someone tell them the song is 'Banquet' by Bloc Party, not 'Helicopter' by them?

I'm back DJing The Actress this Thursday. Looking forward to it!

DJing at Subside Bar last Saturday, the 2nd of November, was a night packed with fun and standout tracks. I still hadn't gotten my voice back so I was rather raspy. Here’s a look at some of the key songs that made the night for me:

The evening kicked off with an eclectic mix that set the mood perfectly. “Smooth” by Santana brought a familiar groove that warmed everyone up, seamlessly transitioning into the upbeat, spirited “48 Roses” by Mariachi El Bronx and the wild rhythms of “Wonderlust King” by Gogol Bo****lo. These tracks laid the foundation for an unpredictable and diverse night.

I mixed in some of my current faves like “Eyes Speak” by Atticus Chimps and the progressive sounds of “Hypnos” by Mandroid Echostar, giving the night an experimental edge that resonated with those looking for something different. “Around the Horn” by The Bronx shifted the momentum towards more aggressive, punk-driven energy, which paved the way for the hard-hitting “Antivist” by Bring Me The Horizon and “All In Vain” by Polaris, turning up the intensity as the night progressed.

Midway through, tracks like “Dead Walk” by RedHook and the explosive “CREEP HEAT” by VUKOVI kept the energy high, while the nostalgic “Rollin’ (Air Raid Vehicle)” by Limp Bizkit added a playful touch that had the floor moving. System Of A Down’s “Tentative” and Korn’s “Divine” brought a dose of nu-metal nostalgia that never fails to get a reaction.

As the night reached its peak, Fall Out Boy’s “Our Lawyer Made Us Change the Name of This Song So We Wouldn’t Get Sued” and “Don’t Threaten Me With a Good Time” by Panic! At The Disco injected a fun, party-ready vibe into the mix. This set the scene for the intense “Watch The World Burn” by Falling In Reverse and the powerful “Bow Down” by I Prevail, showcasing a perfect balance between playful and aggressive tracks.

There was a group in who were desperate to hear “Escape Artists Never Die” by Funeral For A Friend, an emotional, nostalgic touch that resonated with many. The appearance of “Give Me What I Want” by Kids In Glass Houses paid tribute to those who came from their gig at The Crossing. Pop-punk hits like “Check Yes, Juliet” by We The Kings kept the atmosphere light and memorable, while deeper tracks such as “Sertraline” by Artio and “Pisces” by Jinjer added a modern, intense flavour to the night.

Stay tuned for more nights like this – I’ll see you on the dancefloor!

Lucy & Nathan’s Rock and Metal Wedding at York House!

Last Friday was a night to remember at York House in Twickenham, where Lucy & Nathan’s wedding had hired me through The Best Men to make sure their big day was all about rock and metal. From classic tracks like Smooth by Santana, Back in Black by AC/DC to metal anthems like Square Hammer by Ghost, every song reflected their unique style.

They wanted the music to be felt across the whole venue—whether guests were dancing or enjoying from a distance. And while I’d nearly lost my voice that night, it was all about letting the music do the talking.

We started the night with rock classics to set the tone and gradually turned up the intensity. The lighting in the Winter Garden looked incredible, enhancing every beat and creating an atmosphere Lucy said looked “awesome!”

Over the course of the night, we got on Nightwish by Nemo,
The Book of Heavy Metal by Dream Evil, and even Bend It Like Bender! by The Devin Townsend Project!

The night ended with The Final Countdown and The Summoning by Sleep Token—a powerful finish to a wedding as unique as they are. ✨💍

What a night! 🎉 Had the absolute pleasure of DJing Sol and Houms' wedding at in Digbeth on Monday. From the first dance to Young the Giant’s "Tomorrow" to a packed dancefloor singing along to every song, this was a night to remember!

The energy was fantastic, with everyone jumping and singing to tracks like "I'm Not Okay" by My Chemical Romance, "Sorry You’re Not a Winner" by Enter Shikari, and "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" by Panic! At The Disco. We mixed it up with classic dance hits like "Don’t You Want Me Baby" by The Human League, indie rock favourites like "Ruby" by Kaiser Chiefs, and Bollywood bangers like "Desi Girl."

We had tunes including everything from "Boogie Wonderland" by Earth, Wind & Fire to "Supermassive Black Hole" by Muse, "Tainted Love" by Soft Cell, and even "Take On Me" by A-ha. Pop punk anthems like "Basket Case" and "Dance Dance" brought the energy, while "Live Outside" by Enter Shikari kept the crowd going into the night. 🎶🔥

Thank you, Sol and Houms, for letting me be part of such an amazing celebration. Wishing you an incredible honeymoon in Amsterdam! ✨
