This beautiful 7 tier wedding cake was delivered yesterday to a venue in aston . Set on one my azahara floral stands decorated with white and ivory roses , it was carefully decorated with 49 layers of white ruffles using Saracino modelling paste and the new squires kitchen white fondant . With baking time ,to fill , ganache all tiers with white chocolate and to make all the ruffles , it took me around 15 hours to complete . The flowers are silk and were put together by the talented Jayne Ricketts. They really did finish the cake off perfectly, thank you .

Iced in ivory , decorated with hundreds of ruffles on the bottom tier , divided with a gold spacer , the 3rd tier with a cushion effect and gold pearls .
