Balloon Awards 2024

Where do I begin….
Getting a call earlier on in the year asking to speak on panel, I was in awe but also questioned myself “who would want to listen to me?” At the
I was so nervous, every outfit I brought just didn’t fit right, but with a few safety pins and the girls In The audience propping me up it went smooth sailing 😂
Walking on that stage with a dream team (.balloons & )
I was nervous as hell - I thought a few Proseccos and I’ll be just fine - and I was right 😂😂once I was talking I couldn’t stop, I have had so many compliments of my story, so many reaching out to send beautiful messages and also to ask for help ! I’m hoping to use my journey to help other people on their journey.

Remember in life….its not where you have come from it’s where you are going.

And then there’s me…..
my page has been very quiet lately but I have 100’s of content to post.
I have just gone in to year 14 and what a journey it has been.
From starting of not knowing anything I didn’t have you tube, I didn’t have social media I can say I have the most amazing customers that I can honestly now call friends.
People would always say to me many years ago “you only blow balloons up”
But guess what it’s not just a balloon! I’m there through so many life experiences with each and everyone of you, from getting engaged, to your wedding, then I see through all your kids birthdays (some kids are now “too old” for balloons) first days at school/college, then there’s the graduation and starting a new job. I’m also there for the sad times when we have to say goodbye to our loved ones which always hurts so much because they have also been on the journey with me. So remember it’s not just balloons it’s the memories that we have created together that will last forever and ever.

This little lady loved the camera and didn’t want me involved 😂
But just like said “I believe that children are the future, teach them well and let them lead the way, show them all the beauty they possess inside, give them a sense of pride to make it easier. let the children’s laughter remind us how we used to be”

International woman’s day is a focal point in the women's rights movement, bringing attention to issues such as gender equality, reproductive rights, and violence and abuse against women.

Every woman no matter what race or religion has had a fight, whether it’s not feeling worthy, whether lack of confidence or even the sense of fear.

You need to love yourself and surround yourself with like minded people, those who will fix your crown when it tilts!!
