So much planning went into this wedding, from finding a white horse for the groom to arrive on to battling with a freak thunderstorm on the day and very quickly having to change everything to Plan B.
Nothing ever really goes to plan you know; a great reason to hire a wedding planner, to keep the cogs turning and make the day feel seamless.

I will remember this wedding forever.
I tried to get to be the celebrant for this wedding as he was filming down the road, but alas, he was busy 🤣 maybe I should have asked instead!

I've been lurking on Instagram for quite some time, hopping in and out of stories but rarely posting on the grid.
Instagram is a wedding planner's dream, so many ideas, and new contacts and jaw dropping venues.. But I feel we only see the super polished side of a wedding. (and usually only high budget, super luxe)
So I'm here to bring you a bit of reality.
One of my couples in May had an ample budget and the wedding was truly beautiful, but they didn't have extra €s for things like the seating chart.
So I created this from nothing! I picked up the old green shutter at the local tip, I borrowed the Demijohn and chair from the venue and I salvaged the lisianthus from a previous wedding; they would have been thrown out! I hate to see flowers getting chucked 🫣.
So with a tiny bit of thought and with no budget whatsoever it's possible to create something pretty.
It's not perfect, I know that, but when all we see is perfect wedding posts, I'm here for the reality.
