Carlos Acosta's 5 year anniversary
What do five years of memories as BRB Director look like? 🤔
Carlos Acosta reflects on his first five years, from starting right before a global pandemic, to introducing new ballets to our repertoire, and even sharing the story that inspired Black Sabbath – The Ballet. 🎸🤘
Carlos’ empowering and unique vision has redefined the boundaries of what ballet can be. Rooted in Birmingham, his 'Ballet Everywhere' philosophy has expanded BRB's reach, bringing exceptional ballet to new audiences and inspired future generations, especially those who might not otherwise have access.
Here's to many more incredible memories to come!
