🕧 Roads through the Market Place and Fore Bondgate will be closed from 00:00 on Friday 24 Nov to 23:59 on Sunday 26 Nov 🕧

🚧 Closures begin from Durham Road, Silver Street, Wear Chare, North Bondgate and Fore Bondgate 🚧

🅿️ North Bondgate Car Park will not be affected by this closure. However, we advise using other car parks or arriving on foot to avoid congestion. Newgate Shopping Centre Multi-Story Car Park closes daily at 18:00, as usual. Parking in the Market Place will not be possible 🅿️

🚌 The Bus Station is currently under redevelopment. Temporary bus stops are located on Tenters Street and Newgate Street. Please check departure times in advance.
🚖 The Market Place Taxi Rank will not be accessible. Find alternatives here: https://www.durham.gov.uk/article/3531/Taxi-ranks

📈 BACCANALIA is expanding 😁
📍 We're a non-profit set up to make South West Durham an exciting place to live, work and visit! ✅ And we're well on our way to achieving that.

🎅 Over the next six months, Baccanalia will continue to produce The Cabaret Club & Street Food Market with Bridge Creative, and we'll be working with them to deliver an exciting Bishop Auckland's Christmas Town on the 24th, 25th and 26th of November alongside Bishop Auckland Town Council.

🏛️ We're lucky enough to be delivering Bishop Auckland's Heritage Festival with the Town Council, too, as well as other local partners, on 23rd September at Bishop Auckland Town Hall.

🚂 For 16 Dec - 2 Jan, we'll be producing the Flying Scotsman Centenary Festival at Locomotion, but not before we open Aglow for The Auckland Project on 22 Nov, which runs through to 31 Dec. And if that weren't enough, there'll be incredible Christmas Parties for work teams and friends gatherings in Mrs M.
