Hi Folks! Ive been asked by Flavo to host some wreath making workshops this year at their new place in Thorley.

One year today….

Exactly one year ago today, my life changed in ways I could never have imagined. I was diagnosed with two forms of breast cancer, and in that moment, everything I knew shifted. One of the hardest decisions I had to make was to close my flower shop, Blush, in Bishop Stortford. That little wooden hut shop held so much of my heart, and stepping away was beyond difficult. But I knew it was what I had to do to give myself a fighting chance.

This past year has been a journey through treatment, recovery, and a lot of change. I moved to Saffron Walden to be closer to support and focused fully on the battle ahead. Today, I find myself reflecting on just how far I’ve come. I’m still not out of the woods—there’s another surgery to come at the end of the year—but for the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m starting to get some of myself back.

I am ever so grateful to my loving Boyfriend Ash and his wonderful parents for taking such good care of me during this hard time in my life, and for standing by my side throughout all of this. I appreciate your love and support more than you will ever know.

It’s been an incredibly tough road, and has been all about facing the unknown, making hard choices, and leaning on the people who care for me. But I wanted to share this part of my journey—not for sympathy, but to let those of you who’ve supported me along the way know where I’ve been and how things are going. The fight isn’t over, but I’m getting there, one step at a time.

For anyone out there who might be facing something similar, I just want to say—you’re not alone. The road is winding, but it’s possible to find moments of light, even in the toughest of times.

Thank you for being with me through it all. 🌸

Just a little update from me….

Exactly one year ago today, my life changed in ways I could never have imagined. I was diagnosed with two forms of breast cancer, and in that moment, everything I knew shifted.
