Meet Shannon!
Shannon is our new sales manager here at Ewood Park, we’re super excited to have her on the team!

How long have you been with Sodexo Live! and describe your job so far in three words? “A fabulous first six months! And I’d have to say, chaotic, fulfilling & fun 😅”

What is the best part about working in Sales, and tell us something exciting you’re working on at the moment? “Each day is different – the versatility, and I’m currently super excited about our Christmas party offering and what a fantastic night it will be to end the office year with a bang!"

Fact no one knows about you? “I’m a redhead, redheads have a higher tolerance to anaesthesia & also have more nerve endings meaning we feel pain & temperature more than basic folk 😉”

Working in an office, how do you take your brew? “Teabag, a level small spoon of sugar, boiling water added & left to brew for approximately 5 minutes, stir thoroughly, remove & squeeze teabag. Add a reasonable amount of milk with the desired outcome of immediate drinking temperature.” – We love the attention to detail Shannon 😮‍💨

Favourite place to eat, and what’s your favourite drink? “The special board menu in a good old country pub, and for a soft drink - Ribena, alcohol - Bloody Mary's 🍹”

Favourite thing about working with SodexoLive! and who have you been the most star-struck by, whilst working at the stadium? “Working in Ewood park! (fan girl) 💙🤍 and i was most star-struck by John Eustace”

What was your first ever job? “ I worked in telesales, for a company that rented office space in the Darwen end 😅”

And finally, what's something you've accomplished that you're proud of? “I completed the 3 peaks solo, my favourite way to spend the weekend is definitely on hearty hikes hence the photo! 🏔"
