Meet Stuart, our Executive Head Chef at Ewood Park! As part of our 'meet the team' series, we asked Stuart a few questions about his job, his interests, and what makes life at Ewood Park so special.🏟️✨

Stuart, how long have you been with Sodexo Live! and could you describe your job in three words? "I have worked for Sodexo Live! for 16 weeks now and three words to describe my job would be exciting, crazy and rewarding."

What is your favourite thing about working with Sodexo Live! and what is your favourite part of the stadium? "The team ethic hear at Ewood is great with everybody trying to achieve the same goals. My favourite part of the stadium is the C & D Restaurant as it has a family feel, high end catering and is very interactive on matchdays."🍽️

Tell us something exciting you’re working on at the moment. "I am working on at the moment a new food offer for our hospitality buffet boxes, Christmas 2025 and a new C & E brochure."

Could you tell us a fact no one knows about you? "A fact that no one knows about me is that I played football for 7 years at Southampton Football Club."

Working in an office, how do you take your brew? "Coffee, white no sugar every time."

What was your first ever job? "My first ever job was a Saturday job, cleaning in a Butchers. It was extremely cold having to clean fridges in the winter."

What is something you're passionate about outside of work?
"I am most passionate about my family and non league football especially Dorking Wanderers FC!"⚽

And finally, what's something that you've accomplished that you're proud of?
"My proudest accomplishment is being a Dad."

Meet Daniel, our Sales and Events Assistant here at Ewood Park!💙 We asked Daniel a few questions about his role, his interests, and what life at Ewood Park is really like as we continue our ‘meet the team’ series!

So Daniel, how long have you been with Sodexo Live! and could you describe your job in three words? "I’ve been with Sodexo Live! for just over one and a half years, and to describe my job in three words is Unique, Connections and Harry."

What is your favourite thing about working with Sodexo Live! and what is your favourite part of the stadium? "My favourite part has got to be meeting some of the great staff members and clients, and my favourite part of the stadium is The Red Rose Suite and the view outside of it!"🌹

Tell us something exciting you’re working on at the moment, "I am not currently working on it, but I love doing the Comic Con event that happens yearly. This is something that I enjoy working on to ensure the best experience for all."

Could you tell us a fact no one knows about you? "When I was younger, I damaged my foot so badly, if I damage it again, there is a good chance it might be amputated!"

Working in an office, how do you take your brew? "Americano from Costa in Blues Bar."☕

What was your first ever job? "My first job was at KFC, frying chips and assembling the burgers."

What is something you're passionate about outside of work? "Outside of work I am passionate about sports, gaming and Blackburn Rovers!"⚽

And finally, what's something that you've accomplished that you're proud of? "Something that I am most proud of is completing my university degree in Film & TV Production."
