HOW TO APPLY FOR YOUR REFUND
If you have credit remaining on your cashless wristband, please keep hold of your wristband as you will need the 14 Digit ID number on your wristband chip.
Simply visit https://wallet.tapaygo.com/events/390 log into your account or create an account and follow the instructions for wristband refunds.
Refund applications made after the closing date & time will not be accepted.
•⁠ ⁠PLEASE NOTE*
Any reclaim application made after the closing date and time will not be accepted. Please note all refunds will be processed at the end of the refund application period, and funds should be available within 10-12 working days, depending on your bank. If your bank is outside of the UK, please allow for a longer processing period. All Refunds will incur bank charges of £2.00 to process your refund and will be deducted from any credit remaining on your wristband.
