DUBAI CASTING DAY 🎧 🇦🇪
During December we held a casting day like no other. We really wanted to create an environment that felt like a night out with friends. An environment where people could let their guard down, lose inhibitions and show us what they are made of.
We certainly achieved that. With so many amazing projects coming up in the pipeline it was great to meet with the incredible talent Dubai has to offer.
@danewilliambates brought the epic choreography, @carl.abi brought the vibes 🎧 and @five678dubai brought the stunning surroundings!
Expect many more days like this in 2025 👏🏻
WAVE AWARDS ARE YOU READY?
What an EPIC three days we have had 🔥
Our casting day on Friday had close to 2000 applicants! We saw 250 people throughout the day, awarding 8 people the job there and then in the room.
Saturday and Sunday the team begun learning the show and tomorrow we will perform at The Wave Awards representing @fred.olsencruiselines 👏🏻

We are proud to be a predominantly female lead company - it’s rare to find. But we have all you males who find yourselves in these companies in our thoughts and prayers.

Another show completed by our Bolette Cast! Encore was a new show created by us last year and it does NOT disappoint. Goosebumps!
Also, inviting parents to our show runs is one of the most wholesome things to watch. These parents and family members have taken the cast to singing and dancing lessons for the best part of 20 years. We all know the sacrifices amazing people like this have done for us all in this industry since such a young age so to be able to give them the opportunity to enjoy seeing their young performers thrive like this is a real moment (@dan_charles_clift cries every time).

ANOTHER REASON WHY OUR CAST OF 10 ON BOARD @fred.olsencruiselines NEED TO BE ABLE TO SING AND DANCE
When we first began delivering for this cruise line, we felt very strongly that all cast members must be singer-dancers. We knew the impact this would have on the audience, the emotion it would evoke in numbers such as this one and the memories it would therefore create for the passengers on their cruise. Ultimately, it’s these moments that keep people coming back time and time again.
We wanted passengers to leave the theatre with goosebumps and tears in their eyes - something that is achievable when you bring 10 stunning voices like this together.
We also wanted to ensure that all cast members were paid equally. By giving each individual the same role on board, this was possible.
