When cooking Brussels Sprouts put Half a teaspoon of Bicarbonate of Soda in boiling water before dropping them into cook and this will help them be vibrantly Green.
You need to remove when cooked into separate container and add loads of salt,Pepper with butter and they won’t taste so bad.

We have had some Direct Messages asking for the recipe.

Large Yorkshire Puddings

4 Medium Size Eggs

1/2 Pint of Milk

4oz Strong Plain Flour

Method

1.Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and pour in the milk

and whisk till a foam.

2.Add the flour and whisk again for 30 seconds and bubbles should appear.

Leave in the fridge over night.

3.Per-heat your oven to gas mark 8 or 190oC.

Place your Yorkshire Pudding with a little lard to coat the bottom for 4/5 minutes. Mix your Yorkshire pudding mix again till smooth and if you see bubbles you know they will rise. Fill your tins with the mix just a little from the brim and cook for around 35 minutes or till golden and remove.
